Can you limit the oversleeping with establishing a routine of hours awake, hours to sleep?
Yes, I hope they aren't dismissing things either. It might very well have to do with my health. I think that I should definitely try to establish a routine of hours awake and hours to sleep. It is emotionally taxing to try to make routines nowadays, but I have to do it so I can improve my sleep and get back on a regular schedule. Thank you so much, you are a great help! I will try to conquer the oversleeping with this routine and hopefully I can get back to a healthy sleeping pattern.
Thanks for this!
