So, I excitedly saw the IOP pdoc. He decreased my lamictal by 200 MG, increased my zoloft by 50 MG and talked about discontinuing my vyvanse (he said it is not used for Bipolar and he does not understand why I was prescribed it). He did not agree with the Clozaril addition because he said it requires a lot of maintenance and that and he would only suggest it if I were extremely manic or extremely psychotic (which, while I am still having some psychotic symptoms, I am depressed). He also said that it is a very good med.

I go back to my pdoc on Mon. What is he going to say? How is this going to play out? I see the IOP doc again next week too. UGH...I already have a headache.
