I have a hw assignment for my Pdoc. I was hoping to get some opinions. I am planning on getting pregnant sometime this year or next year. Because I have mental health issues, my treatment team wants to make sure I'm prepared. I've been able to do 2 other parts of the hw assignment, but am struggling with this part.

What are the qualities of an adequate parent (not perfect parent).

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. I do have some so far, but I think I need more.
