Haven't you got a sanitary insure? And have you family any idea about what you are passing through? It would be good that they know it, perhaps, they find that they can help you. Many times, we hide these issues bc we don't want to charge our families bc of many things, such as economical difficulties. Perhaps, they preffer invest their money in your health.
