the pain on my stomach where i si'd is pretty intense. why am i doing this? it stings so bad

i dont know which forum i posted about showng my med doc tomorrow - but i think i am

he'll be in the office from noon-7pm

even as i sit here in physical pain from what i've already done....i still want to hurt myself more

i dont understand
