Hello (((SINCITY))). Yes certain movies have set me off into a very bad flashback pattern. I have had to actually evaluate what I watch and I do not watch any violent movies, scary movies or anything that will leave a lasting impression later. I do not watch TV at least 1 1/2 hours before bed, and I do not sleep with the TV on. I also take meds and go to bed as closely to the same time daily. Exercise and eating healthily as you can helps a lot as well. I hope things get better for you soon, and this is just temporary. If you have a therapist a good therapist can help you decide what you can watch safely or a journal is good at letting you know your triggers. Take care of yourself. Soidhonia
