I do that so often, I have no clue of how aggressively I have behaved or of the hurtful things I have said as I´m off somewhere emotionally and empathy packs up and goes on a nice beach holiday along with a load of other healthy, happy emotions. Next day, I wake up fine and am surprised when family don´t react so nicely to me. I´ve often wondered myself why I do this....
