Aye. So the title says everything, but let me explain a bit.

I have anxiety, and it makes me shaky. But when I'm not feeling anxious, I'm still shaky. I'll sit in my room at my laptop or watch TV or whatever while it's quiet and there's no danger. Regardless, I get all twitchy. This isn't the first time this has happened; I notice it every day, and it's been like a year. Even if I'm in a social situation where I'm actually not anxious, it happens. It's starting to get really awkward, because people will point it out and I don't even realize it until they bring it up. Then when they ask why I'm trembling and if I'm okay, what's wrong, etc., I have no idea how to answer because I MYSELF don't even know why it's happening. It's especially embarrassing whenever I happen to be in a relationship and I want to cuddle with my partner. Just cuddling, that's it. I remember so many times when my ex and I were still together-- who was one of maybe 2 people that I felt COMPLETELY safe around back when we were dating-- and I couldn't even enjoy my time with them because the shaking was so awkward and noticeable.

At this point I don't feel embarrassed when someone mentions it. Instead I'm like "What, again?! Seriously?!" It's just flat-out annoying now, and I really want it to stop. Is there anything I can do at all to help it? If there's something I'm missing here, please let me know. I seriously can't figure out what causes it.
