I don't have a therapist yet,nor do I have access to one at this time in my life but I will eventually take your advice,thank you. I think seeing a therapist would help me quite a bit. It's a little hard sometimes but for the most part I'm ignoring it and it doesn't always affect my everday life so that's good (but probably not as healthy as talking about it.)
