Not to point out the obvious but have you tried simply thinking before you decide to do something someone tells you. I only say this because you seem to realize that calling someone a fag is bad so perhaps if someone told you to call someone else a fag wether that person was a mental health worker or not you could just try to stop and think if that sounded like a good thing to do and then choose not to call the person a fag. Also I am super confused about the dolls part what kind of dolls? And why would anyone ask you to send someone dolls?
