If these are hallucinations, then she is at risk of being a danger to herself or others. If a mental health worker is actually telling her to do these things, then that person should be arrested. I strongly encourage the OP to take her medication or see her Pdoc to get this issue sorted out. I have a relative who is also schizophrenic and I know first-hand how dangerous these kinds of hallucinations can be. She also hates taking her medication, but when she is off it, we usually do end up having to call the police for immediate intervention. It is the illness (not the person) that does these things, and the police and doctors are there to help sort these things out.
They are not hallucinations and the mental health workers are telling me what to do. Also, there are people in large metropolitan areas that need to wait on hold a long time before someone picks up the 911 line. Someone telling me to mail my son's dad dolls is not an emergency.
