On other threads, you have stated that you do not want to be on medication and you smoke pot because you believe it helps schizophrenia (despite evidence to the contrary). That suggests you are not on your meds and that you are also self-medicating with illegal drugs. While no one can say for certain, that strongly suggests that you are hallucinating and that is why you believe you are supposed to be doing these things. If you really want to know for sure, you could go to a new hospital or a new doctor (not affiliated with your current mental health workers) and get them to evaluate you AND determine what is going on with your previous care team. That would give you an independent opinion so that, either way, you get the help you need.
