Seems like a head scan would be in order. Rule out some potentially life threatening growth...
I used to get migraine very bad years back. Caused me to throw up, shake, and get very disoriented. The only thing that helped me were strong opiate meds and ergotamine. Opiates are extremely habit forming and ergotamine has very unpleasant side effects. I never figured out what the migraine were from. Possibly I was being exposed to something in a previous residence but no proof.
