My emotions are always extremely intense and can switch at the drop of a dime. I always have a reason for my mood swings if you ask me, but to others it would seem like nothing happened (if they even notice). It's all in my head and most of the time I don't show any of my emotions except happiness, so people tend not to notice. I just want to know if this is normal and I'm just being a hormonal teenage girl and extremely paranoid or if there's something more going on? I've never been an especially emotional person until this year and I'm struggling to control it. My emotions are scaring me. I always end up turning to anger rather than hurt or sadness because anger is something I am familiar with and understand. Shaking hands can be hidden, tears cannot.
How do I make all of these emotions stop??? I swear that I've flipped through like 5 different emotions in the last 10 minutes.
