So in retrospect I realize I get hypomania every summer. It resulted in a psychotic break last fall. I am seeing some signs of hypomania in myself, specifically decreased need for sleep, anxiety, hyper sexuality, and over reliance of PRN's. I've also lost weight and don't have much of an appetite. Does anyone have any tips on how to manage it? It's not super debilitating right now but I am nervous about it getting worse, or crashing.
