I have no idea how to manage it.

-Good Sleep Hygiene
-Eat well-Exercise
-Don't give into tempations for behaviors you don't normally find acceptable. (examples can be sex, drugs, alcohol, anger, over-spending.

I'm not very helpful. I understand your dilemma and I'm sorry you are going through this.
