I was reading about how to work in a therapy in a more effective way so I read how important is to identify childhood defence mechanisms that lead you to behave in a wrong way and bla bla bla...
Not many to say about it. Many years if therapy, I talked about my childhood to therapists. Many of them, told me: forget about it and focuss on the present.
I'm a bit blind in this respect so I'm reading about it and came across to this article about defence mechanism. I hope anyone who is as miss as me :-) find it useful.
