Not going to my psychology appointment today. If I tell him anything that's going on I'll probably end up back in hospital, which I don't want. Maybe I won't but it's hard to tell and I can't take that risk that I won't say something stupid that'll land me back in there. I didn't ring to cancel so I can expect a phone call... I hate talking over the phone, I always sound so rude because I just answer 'yes' and 'no' so it'll end. Ughhh not doing the best at the moment so I'm not.
