Damn yes that pretty much sums up my hypomanic symptoms ...
I don't have a heck of alot to suggest because my normal strategies involve really trying to maintain regular sleep hours (although there's nothing worse than the feeling of lying in bed when you simply can't sleep and your thoughts are racing) and it usually involves an adjustment in meds too.
Keeping overstimulating activities within reasonable limits helps too (don't go all out at the gym 2x per day is what I'm saying.)
