Is that the truth? Have you resolved the issues you went to therapy to work on? Do you need to see any therapist anymore? If it is not the truth, that is, you are leaving with more work to do and just because you are scared of the attachment, maybe you can at go back for at least one more session so you can let your T know the truth. It would be a shame to end what has been a good relationship with an untruth (if indeed it was). Best of luck. Issues with Ts are never easy, are they?
