Even with the little I do, I see results within 11 days once I do a daily regime. This means my clothes fit better within that time. I don't bother weighing usually (unless a doctor is using that to measure.) I don't care if I would weigh 500lbs as long as I fit into and 8-10
Yes, when you go to the gym if you are doing exercises to build muscle, you won't be losing weight. Make sure the trainer has you doing them for toning first? IDK if that's what you want. Usually if you go slowly you will tone, if you work feverishly that will build muscle.
