I'm no mental health professional, just another OCD sufferer so take this lightly and like the others said, go see a mental health professional. To me it sounds like you are obsessing about compulsing. Your methods of fighting off compulsions are turning around to become the thing you are obsessing about. It seems that you are trying to make your ways of fighting off compulsions perfect and checking to see if you have relief, which makes you feel the opposite. To actually get relief you need to go against these new obsessions. On Psychogy Today there is an article called Obsessing about Obsessing: When OCD Goes Meta about someone who had similar problems (Sorry can't link). Once again, your best bet to achieving relief is to see a therapist. Hope you feel better soon! OCD sucks.
