Wow, you summed it up for me. I have an excuse for pretty much everything in the cupboard and only have a handful of foods that I allow myself to eat. THen if it takes too long to prepare or I just don't feel like eating it then I won't. I typically force myself to eat 2 eggs because it is one of the only foods I am not allergic to. If I am lucky I will eat another meal during the day and maybe a snack, but sometimes that is it.
