I've only been given Haloperidol in the ER, during acute mania, so I don't really have any experience with it. I've never taken Clonazepam either. Hopefully someone with experience of these drugs can chime in. But yes, from what I understand of these drugs, they should be having the opposite affect on you. But AD's cause suicidal ideation in some cases, so drugs don't always work like they are suppose to. Talk to your doctor. Keep us updated on how you're doing and what they say/think.
