i have had dreams lately where i am someone else. it is very strange to me. i don't know how people generally dream..but for me, i haven't had really a particular set of dreams/themes except themes with bad dreams. but i have noticed dreams though where i change genders and ages. sometimes, i also am watching 'myself' as these other people from a distance or even switch between watching from the outside to being in the body. i have never experienced dissociation like that where i see myself from outside/far away.....but dreams are interesting things.
