I started using it at night because my sinuses kept closing up as the humidity increased. Between that and my other meds I now stay asleep much longer., I don't wake up because I can't breath. I use it now on a regular basis at night. When the allergies get worse during the seasons I use it up to three times a day then go back to just at night, never had any problems.
