Be careful you're not putting your body in to too much stress by working out too much (i.e. every day if your body is not use to it).

I agree with sky about you not really losing weight if your just buidling muscles. If you are really wanting to lose weight, cardio is probably the best for you. They say that the first 1/2 hour of your cardio is burning the carbs and everything from your diet, and then after that it starts burning fat. That being said though, don't try and jump right in to that if you are not use to it ... try building up your endurance slowely, and everything will fall in to place.
