One interesting thing that happens to me is that sounds get warped and it causes me to see things in my head. What I mean by warped is that a cough or a sneeze will warp into something else in my head that is really bad and that's when I see things in my head. Also when I start getting worse constant noises like a fan allow me to hear voices and sounds through them.
