Some take longer than others ... I kind of estimate mine at the 4-6 week mark but honestly it is so so dependent on what med exactly I am on. An antidepressent would have to be about 4-6 weeks. Mood stabilisers included.

Antipsychotics if started at a high enough dose can work pretty quickly and I can adjust to them quite soon.
