Parking had been routine and predictable for so long and now its been disrupted. I get triggered and anxious about such things too. Sometimes becoming conscious of my breathing - counting or slowing - can serve as a distraction to the anxiety. Sometimes it is too pernicious for that and I try other distractions or ways to ground or reframe. I dont think this is a particularly small issue for you and may be worth bringing up with t. That may even help you put it in perspective or at least understand it better. Hoping some relief comes your way ,Mouse.
