None of that is a reflection on who you were/are, it's all a reflection on who they were/are
And I am so sorry you weren't treated better, you 100% deserved to be, but when it comes to caring............well, please remember there are so many of us on here who do care about you a lot, who do see the amazing person you are.
So just remind yourself of the amazing person you are, hey??
