If you haven't already, you could try making sure you're getting enough omega 3s to balance out your omega 6 consumption (i.e. the essential fatty acids), and have your doctor check your vitamin D and iron levels. (Be careful though; it's important not to take iron if you don't need it-- get tested. I tested only a couple of points off of anemic, and my doctor has me supplementing for that reason.)
