YES!!!!
Seroquel is known for causing extremely vivid dreams and bad dreams or nightmares. It's a frustrating side effect. If you're like I am, you recall your dreams very clearly and it seriously affects how your day goes. Very frustrating because here you are, taking this med that's supposed to help you sleep really well and calm your fears and such, so then you have nightmares and it feels like you're even worse off than you were before the Seroquel.
The good news is, at least in my experience, the dreams do stop. Your dreams go back to being normal, not freaky and upsetting. If I remember correctly, it took a few weeks, maybe two-three, until my dreams normalized after starting Seroquel.
