Sorry to hear that [emoji20]. At least you know the difference between panic and anxiety. I am still on the fence about that in terms of my social anxiety.
Weird that you mention that. My friend randomly passes out at times. Even when she doesn't have a panic attack.
She won't because she doesn't want her family to think she's messed up because of a label. Sucks, but. I can't do anything about that. Believe me, I have tried.
