You might be surprised to know that many top universities in the world now offer legitimate online degree programs, in a wide variety of subjects.
One of the things I enjoy the most in my online courses is that we always have people of all ages from all over the world, together in one class. That makes for a very diverse and interesting contribution to the discussions. I actually think online courses end up being more interesting because you can't just sit quietly at the back of a classroom; you must participate via the discussion boards etc. You all help each other and make friends with people all over the world.
Your English seems pretty good, so here is a possibility for you:
Harvard University has an Extension School. Anybody can take classes there, but they also have real degree programs that you can complete nearly entirely online from anywhere in the world.
For example, I'm finishing up my B.A. degree. In order to get accepted into a degree program here, you do have to meet the requirements, pass 3 of the classes with a certain minimum grade, write an application essay etc.; but really it's not that hard. Then, the only other problem is they require you to take 16 units on-site at Harvard. So, you can do that either via Summer School, going for a semester, doing the one-month "January Sessions", or taking the weekend-long seminars.
There is some rumbling about whether a Harvard Extension School degree is as good as a traditional Harvard degree, but it is. The courses are usually the same. Traditional Harvard really is for teenagers, and this program for adults going back to school. Employers are enthusiastic about hiring from Harvard Extension School.
Also, while I'm unsure what the price would be for you as a foreign student, Harvard Extension School's degree program was really cost-effective compared against most of the lesser universities. They offer great financial aid as well (but again, not sure how that would relate to you as foreign student).
Finally, where you mention you prefer to study only what interests you, you might then look into an online degree program in the United Kingdom. I completed one at Oxford, and recently was accepted into a master's program at the University of Edinburgh. Many of their universities are developing these online degree programs. And in the U.K., you only study your major subject, unlike in the U.S. where you have to study a variety of subjects as well.
Anyway, besides all that, you should look into other online education options in Egypt, and other countries that might be of interest to you. This is a worldwide phenomenon and I believe it is the way of the future for education.

thanks
I think I will accept any collage, but hopefully a little useful for my skills. then i can look for online one as you say and to develop more. I love learning, but I prefer something I like to do my best feeling happy and satisfied. my only problem in online ones is the cost, they mostly need payment and that is really hard to be honest, but i can see if there's at least simple free ones for now, doesn't have to be collage but at least learning courses.
