I usually have a problem getting to sleep, it can take up to 4 hours for me but once I'm asleep I could sleep for Ireland. When I asked my doctor why I couldn't get to sleep he said it was because I was doing nothing all day and you're body isn't tired and is wired from looking at a computer screen all day. This could be your problem too. You could try get out for a long walk to tire yourself out. When I wasn't sleeping at all before, I tried exercising as much as I could be bothered and it did help!
