From reading your older threads, you seem to want to list on each emotion and thoughts you may be having, and being obsessive with it isn't particularly healthy. I know you want to find the answer to your problems. Don't forget that even a person without a MI can experience what we experience at times. Have you ever heard of mindfulness? I think it might help you. You simply let any thoughts go and being aware off the present rather than the past or future.
