I have had a normal appetite, and haven't been hyperactive or able to hyper focus, and have been kind of forgetful due to the sleepiness. I do feel very relaxed, physically, though. Does this mean that the new dosage is too strong? I plan on asking my doctor later, but am just curious of other's experiences.
I've experienced that before too, and was quite confused about it. Perhaps you are more on the hyper side of ADHD and it is calming those symptoms down? Or maybe you could try using your old dosage that worked until halfway through the day, but take a second dose
