Whenever I am really stressed or find I am dealing a lot with something in my life (like right now), I tend to have problems managing my anger. Usually I am a calm person, even though I am anxious 24/7, but if I talk to the few friends I have, then I tend to find something negative about what they said and act angry towards them (sorry, run on sentence). I don't know why I do this. But now I know what is the cause I have decided to not text my friend like I would normally do unless she texts me. Of course she won't do that, so I am not talking to anyone about the stresses in my life. If I talked to her about it, I know I would find something bad or negative and be frustrated with her even though I would never normally do that. Does anyone else experience the same thing? I didn't know which category this would fit under so I put it here. Thanks.
