I live in the midwest, and it was only 91 here. I was able to sit outside during my lunch break for maybe 10 minutes, then I had to go in. That wasn't necessarily because I couldn't take it, but because I was starting to sweat buckets and I didn't want to smell.
I feel a little better after talking to T. She thinks that it is all situational and stress-related with finding a new job, etc. Maybe. It just feels like more than that...it feels really physical and biological. I've been having a lot of symptoms like fatigue, increased appetite and weight gain, (increased) concentration and memory problems; sounds more like a chemical problem than a psychological reaction to events, no?
