General questions would be:
-How you don't have to be hyperactive to have AD/HD (I realized that his is actually how it is written) or like "why do you have ADHD? You're not hyper!" or just explain to someone about AD/HD not meaning hyperactivity
-Does medication help?
-How do you deal with ADHD?
There's a more inattentive side, and there is a more hyperactive side, and then there is a combined side to ADHD. Medication does definitely help for me. Currently, I only use medication for ADHD but I have heard that there are some therapies and training procedures available for it as well. Hope this helps!
