I recently was in the hospital from a car accident and I was taking muscle relaxers. Those are Benzo's, correct? I was on a variety of pain meds at the time as well so I don't know the exact effect the relaxers had on me to be honest.

Are they safe for long term usage? And are they often prescribed for ADD/anxiety/depression?
