You might be missing you T, but if you can think of a way to do something 'therapeutic' while they're out, just do it.

Go for a walk, take yourself to a movie, journal at the coffee shop, get some exercise, paint, play, dance in your room, whatever feels good to you. Dedicate that specific time to do it- so you can look forward to your usual 'session' time just like any other week.

Yeah usually it's the first week or so that is the hardest. After that I start enjoying myself and even forget I go to therapy, then when the time comes around I either dont want to go back or cancel! Thanks
