Also it says to take Ambien on an empty stomach. I have to take Latuda with at least 300 calories. So now I am iffy on what to do.

1/2 seroquel nightly knocks me out and stops racing thoughts. i love it. ambien put me to sleep but never kept me asleep. when we traveled from phoenix to so. africa and traveled thru 9 time zones, psych nurse said to combine the 2 to insure deep sleep. used the combo both going and returning and slept great.
when i'm especially manic at nite, i'll take a whole seroquel and if i wake up around 11:30, i'll take a piece of ambien as well; however, the hangover is tough but i'm retired and can get up when i want or nap later in the day.
