the problem is though, she just doesn't get it. i don't know how to explain it, you'd have to know her to understand what i mean. she already has enough on her plate anyways. i don't really want her bothering about me aswell.
i don't really have anyone else. my step-dad is even worse. he doesn't even understand the simple fact that i just cannot fall asleep at nights. and my dad doesn't give a crap, he hasn't even bothered to even call in the past 2 years.
i might just go down on my own and see what they say. there's not much else i can do really. there isn't even a proper mental health agency anywhere near here. it sucks
