Not sure I told you guys but I got tired if being a prisoner in my on home due to lupus RA pulmonary fibrous fibro and the list goes on and on.

Anyway it's been hot here and last week I f---k lupus and everything grabbed a floaty toy and a book and went into our pool. I used to swim laps after work before I got to sick. I tested my husband my plans and want in. It felt sooooo good. Once my hubby got home I swam laps it felt really nice. Then the next day I paid the price. Oh well.

Well this week it's been around 100. So we rated till the pool was in shade and I went in. I have been going in every night swimming easy laps. It is so nice to be able to do something so freeing.

But I am very tired. In addition my husband brought home a sick kitten that I have been nursing all week. It's been many many years since I have had to do 3 am feelings.

Not much house work is getting done but oh well.

I hope everyone is ok. Our thread had not had much activity so I hope everyone is ok. When you guys. Have a minute let everyone know how you are feeling because we ALL care
