i feel that my anxiety is going down day by day from the day i started walking, breathing exercise, meditation and reduced the cholestrol. The harm intrusive thoughts that used to panick me are now less affecting me. i mean when i think the same panicky thoughts these days, the anxiety is extremely low compared to before.
Does it mean "i am improving ?"
Is it not the result (to be less anxious from intrusive thoughts) when we reduce anxiety?
Should we still have anxiety when we have such thoughts?what is normal?
