Lately i've slowly been making progress with my anxiety by changing my thinking regarding basically everything i've come to know, but unfortunately with this change in thinking i tend to get anxious that i will forget these new philosophies that i am learning and revert back to my old socially anxious self. I know it is ironic that i am getting anxious about all this but i am literally becoming so ocd that i feel like i have to write down all my new thoughts because i'm scared i will forget them. I feel like this ocd is really making me worry a lot and is a form of anxiety in itself but idk how to get rid of it. Does anyone have some sort of thought cycle to get rid of their ocd that could help me also?
