I completely agree with SeptemberMorn on this one. When I wasn't on medication due to lack of funds, I felt detached and very awful... I was in a constant state of anxiety, depression, and agitation all at once and felt like I was just a character in a really bad movie. When I finally got funding for the meds and started back on them again, I did go through a period of time where my body needed to adjust, but that is normal (a bit of fatigue, a little of the groggy feeling, etc.). Once I did adjust, I started to feel much better and was able to function daily without having to be peeled off the ceiling.

Non, I understand your fears and you know I do. I talk to you on a daily basis. I truly believe that you need to just take the plunge and go for it. If for some reason that medication combo doesn't work for you, then ask for something else. It's not uncommon and you have the right to do so. The point is that meds are there to help and do help a great deal... don't deny yourself the chance to feel human again.

*hugs Non tight*

I know you can do this, hun. I'm with you and you know that.
