LettinG0, I take nuerontin and have had really good benefits from it. I hope so much you can take it.
I tried doing my Physical Therapy exercises at home. Oh my goodness, the pain! The exercises are in my ankle and foot, but my back hurt until I could barely move. I think the exercise tubing they cut for me to use was too short or something. I had to bend over much too far. I couldn't drive or do anything other than sit. I couldn't even lay down. I have to try them again today. Oh my!
